Here we go! Week Two: Time to get in some 3 mile walks with some hills or 3 mile hikes (Bair or Adams Canyon). Luckily Kaysville has plenty of hills for you to climb so make sure your walk includes some good up and down hill work. Better yet, head up one of our beautiful canyons! Look for ways to incorporate more exercise into your day. Take the stairs, walk to nearby locations (store, restaurants, around campus, to school or work) daily stretching and calisthenics as well. Get in sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, planks etc. Where ever you can. The main point is to get out and move a bit more vigorously than you did last week.
Keep up the work and you will quickly see the benefits.
